Gymnastics is a sport that can be practiced from the age of 2. It is an incomparable discipline that promotes the general development of the child, which helps the evolution of his motor qualities such as proprioception and coordination, which allows him to discover his physical qualities such as strength and flexibility and which introduces him to unusual situations for the body. Gymnastics is also an exceptional discipline for promoting self-confidence in toddlers.

Gymnastics provides a positive, stimulating, and safe environment that allows children to develop strength, flexibility, and spatial awareness while developing perseverance and self-confidence. Our coaches love introducing young people to gymnastics and offer a program that can be adapted to each child’s needs and grow with them.

Young people aged 13 to 17

- Skill development on various apparatus (vault, bar, beam, floor)
- Training aimed at surpassing oneself, achieving goals, and developing physical and psychological abilities.
Learning gymnastics as a teenager encourages gymnasts to reflect on their progress, set goals, and follow the steps to achieve them. Training is conducted independently and rigorously while remaining very respectful of each teenager’s learning pace. Classes encourage participants to adopt healthy lifestyle habits outside of the gym. When the number of participants allows, groups are divided by age category or ability.

Adult classes are also offered à la carte, for a daily or annual membership fee. Registration opens four days before the desired course date and closes the day before.

- Get back in shape and enjoy the joy of moving in a group.
Adult gymnastics, or Gym Tonic, is aimed at adults of all levels who are interested in this discipline and want to explore and develop their skills. While there are no prerequisites for practicing Gym Tonic, we regularly welcome former dancers, acrobats, cheerleaders, and gymnasts who want to reconnect with their passion.

Our Advanced Recreational Gymnastics program is offer to young gymnasts by referral only. Parents of eligible children will be contacted by the Recreation Manager.

Registration conditions
- If the desired group is full, you can add yourself to the waiting list. You will automatically receive an email if a spot becomes available.
- In addition to your training fees, you will also be charged $46 for your annual membership with the Quebec Gymnastics Federation. Your membership is valid from September 1st to August 31st of the following year.
- Payment by credit card (in a single payment, or at the time of session purchase).
- Activity not eligible for Relevé 24.
- Any replacement request will automatically result in a $10 modification fee plus service charges on the new transaction.
