Introduction to Competition

Levels R2 and R3 (introduction to competitions), R4, R5, and R6 (for participation in a competitive league).

To Push Your Limits

Levels JO4, JO5, JO6, JO7, JO8 (Junior Olympic). Up to representing Quebec at the Eastern Canada Championships.

Aim for Excellence

Participation and performance in advanced-level competitions, even up to the Olympic Games.

Maximize Training and Academic Path

Obtain student-athlete status (primary) or sport-study status (secondary, collegiate, university) and be eligible for a scholarship.
