Registrations
What level should I register my child in if they have never done gymnastics?
At the recreational level, depending on the corresponding age group.

My child does gymnastics at another club and would like to come to Gymnix, what should I do?
We are happy to welcome new gymnasts into our groups when places are available.
If your child is at the competitive level, please contact us.
I would like to audition to join the competitive sector, how does this work?
During the summer, we’ll be organizing a few dates for which you can sign up to meet us. All our information will be online (website, social media, and newsletters) to keep you informed.
Access to the competitive sector of the Gymnix club is possible at any age, depending on the gymnast’s experience. Auditions are open to all young girls who have already done gymnastics or who have specific skills.
What payment methods are accepted when registering or purchasing store items?
We only accept credit cards when purchasing through our online platform Amilia.
All cash payments are refused.
What are the payment terms when registering?
> Recreational gymnastics classes are payable in full, in one payment.
> Competitive level gymnastics courses are payable in 10 installments from September to June.
Do I have to have an Amilia account to register my child for gymnastics classes?
You must have an Amilia account to be able to register your child for classes.
Training
What should my child wear for gymnastics?
At the recreational level, your child must wear:
- Either a gymnastics leotard
- or shorts/leggings and a tight-fitting top.
At the competitive level, your child must wear a jersey.
The practice is done barefoot.
What should my child bring?
Your child must bring a bottle of water and their belongings in a bag.
I lost my things, where can I find them?
All lost and found items are collected on a designated shelf. If you become aware of the loss of an item, please:
- Ask your trainer as soon as you realize you forgot it.
- Or write to us at clubgymnix@gymnix.com (please be as specific as possible so we can locate the item in question, thank you).
What are the rules to follow?
- Go to the bathroom before each workout.
- Keep your hair tied back.
- Do not wear jewelry or accessories.
- Wear a swimsuit or tight-fitting clothing and go barefoot.
- Throw your gum in the trash.
Relevé 24
Relevé 24: How does it work at the Club?
Only the following services are eligible to receive the RL-24 statement:
- The Day Camp
- Childcare service during the day camp (7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.)
What you need to do to receive your receipt correctly:
As the account manager, please ensure the following information is in your user account:
- First and last name of the eligible child
- First and last name of the adult who will receive the Relevé 24 slip
- Social Insurance Number (SIN) of the adult who will receive the Relevé 24 slip
- Full mailing address
- Specify whether the credit is given 100% to the first or second guardian, or split 50/50
- If applicable, ensure that the second guardian’s information is on the account
- In the child’s profile, via the Members tab, scroll under Forms by Organization and ensure that the SIN information is visible for the applicable organizations in the Other Information for this organization section
Missing information will result in the inability to generate a Relevé 24.
If everything is in order, you will receive your tax receipt by email no later than the last day of February.
Safe Sport
How do we protect our athletes?
The Gymnix club adheres to the principles of safe sport and ensures that all its coaches have the required training for their duties. Among other things, our coaches are certified according to the standards of Gymnastique Québec and Gymnastique Canada according to the following programs:
Also, all our coaches are subject to a criminal background check every three years.
Club Gymnix complies with the safety regulations concerning acrobatic, artistic, rhythmic gymnastics, trampoline sports and parkour established by Gymnastique Québec (consult the document).
As well as integrity protection policies, including the administrator, coach and officials codes of conduct (see page).
Several organizations, such as Sport’Aide and Sport Bien-Être, are free resources available to ensure the safe practice of sport.
